AgileEngine, LLC. in Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will translate business needs into data models, integrate data from Snowflake and SAP sources, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders in a distributed team. A strong background in SQL, DAX, and data governance is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Excellent data visualization communication to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow and model layer.
• Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across the business.
• Guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile, distributed team environment.
