Job summary

Talan Spain is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI within an Agile squad.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, own user stories, validate data quality, and support end users during UAT and final validation, turning requirements into data-driven insights.

This role offers remote work within CET time zone and the chance to work on international projects in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Power BI experience.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards and reports.
• Strong data analysis and data validation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Intermediate PL/SQL knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and supporting final report validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from user stories.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations.
• Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to meet reporting needs.
• Support end users during UAT and final validation activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Document reporting solutions, business rules, and technical developments.
