AgileEngine, LLC. in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, integrate Snowflake and SAP data sources, and work in an Agile environment to deliver scalable analytics. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, and ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to semantic layer to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
