Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into scalable data models and visualizations in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

You will design end-to-end BI solutions, ensure data quality, and promote reusable data models and KPI definitions across enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake and SAP HANA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data and data sources for availability.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
