• 4+ years developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP sources.
• Data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and structures.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across business areas.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPI implementations.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
