AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs, and translate them into scalable models.
The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, SQL proficiency, and hands-on work with Snowflake and SAP sources.
Competenze
- 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake and SAP HANA/SAP data sources.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration.

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visuals.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify and provide data.
- Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
- Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
