Interval International Argentina S.A. is seeking a results-driven member services and sales professional in Buenos Aires. You will renew memberships, promote upgrades, and reactivate lapsed accounts while delivering exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking members.

The role requires Portuguese proficiency and a background in sales or customer service, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Daily reporting and record-keeping are essential, with a focus on meeting monthly targets.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Portuguese proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and customer service skills required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email; CRM exposure a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact members to renew memberships.
• Promote membership upgrades and premium programs.
• Reactivate expired memberships.
• Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services.
• Provide daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
