EY GDS in Buenos Aires seeks a Policy & Standards Analyst within the ET Risk & Compliance team to maintain policies, standards and guidance, align with enterprise requirements, and drive communications and adoption across the technology landscape.

Reporting to the Enablement Lead, you will support governance, coordinate with Security, Risk, Legal and Privacy, and help map policies to controls while supporting AI governance and enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, compliance or risk management.
• Experience developing or maintaining policies, standards, procedures or governance frameworks.
• Experience coordinating activities across technology, information security, privacy, legal, risk management or audit stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the ET policy and standards governance process, including document maintenance, review cycles, approvals, publication and governance reporting.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Risk Management, Legal, Privacy and Service Quality Management stakeholders to align ET policies and standards with enterprise requirements.
• Research and summarize regulatory, compliance and risk requirements and support development of technology guidance and implementation materials.
• Develop and coordinate policy communications, education, awareness and adoption activities across ET.
• Respond to stakeholder questions and support the Lead in providing guidance on policy interpretation and compliance obligations.
