Trafilea is looking for a PMO Manager to enhance project management efficiency across the company. This role involves establishing a robust project management framework, improving OKR processes, and implementing a matrix organizational structure. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, an educational background in Business or Technology, and expertise in agile and project management methodologies. Formación

• +5 years of experience as Head of PMO, PMO Leader, or Delivery Director/Manager with large cross‑functional teams.

PMO Manager – Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Company’s project management framework, ensuring consistency and efficiency of deliverables in a timely manner.
• Facilitate efficient work management for Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through well‑organized resource allocation, guaranteeing correct execution of overall efforts.
• Standardize and continuously improve project management performance, processes, and methodologies, enhancing visibility of progress, blockers, and risks.
• Align business strategy with project planning and execution, creating smart flows of relevant information.
• Champion the organizational redesign and implementation of Tribes and Squads towards a matrix structure.
• Create additional plans and projects that mature project management compliance and support the company’s hyper‑growth.
• Spearhead the Trafilea Operational Framework, understanding initiatives carried out by the Working Better at Trafilea (WBAT) Tribe.
• Ensure Asana’s high‑impact dashboards are operative and incorporated into leaders’ mindsets, providing full visibility over critical tasks and blockers.

Experience & Qualifications

• +5 years of experience as Head of PMO, PMO Leader, or Delivery Director/Manager with large cross‑functional teams.
• Graduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Expert‑level knowledge of project and change management methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of organizational design (Tribes & Squads methodology) and change management techniques.
• Proven success in adopting Agile Methodologies across the enterprise, demonstrated by benefit‑realization metrics.
• Strategic thinking and ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines.
• Team leadership and development, mentoring and coaching others.
• Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills, building strong executive‑level relationships with technology and solutions.
• Detail‑oriented, exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Highly organized, mature problem‑solver with sharp business acumen and marketing knowledge.
• Track record of leading projects to completion with a focus on excellence.
• Strong leadership, self‑motivated and organized.
• Continuous learning mindset and resilience.
