WTW Argentina is seeking an Innovation PMO & Business Solutions SR. Analyst to drive digital transformation with hands-on build-and-deploy responsibilities.

You will lead PMO programs, design scalable solutions in Microsoft 365, and deliver measurable improvements across multiple countries. You will partner with IT and business units to craft practical roadmaps, develop MVPs, and ensure benefits realization, while continuously exploring AI-enabled automation opportunities.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible improvements through technology and process optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the broader ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate strategic transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas and countries.

At WTW Argentina, we are accelerating an ambitious agenda focused on digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. To support this journey, we are seeking an Innovation PMO & Business Solutions SR. Analyst who combines strong project management and PMO capabilities with a hands-on ability to build and implement business solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for someone who not only identifies opportunities and manages projects, but also actively develops, implements, and deploys solutions whenever possible, leveraging low-code and no-code technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.

Based in Argentina, this role will support regional initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver strategic transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, user experience, and operational excellence.

The Role

Project Management Office (PMO)

• Lead and coordinate strategic transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas and countries.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain PMO standards, including governance frameworks, RAID logs, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and benefits realization.
• Drive project execution from inception through implementation, ensuring business objectives are met.
• Facilitate decision-making through structured project oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions and actionable project roadmaps.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Automation, AI & Microsoft 365 Solutions

• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize business processes.
• Design, build, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Copilot Studio, and related tools.
• Personally develop and deploy workflows, apps, dashboards, automations, and digital solutions whenever technically feasible.
• Create rapid prototypes, MVPs, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Act as a hands-on problem solver, turning ideas and requirements into working solutions rather than limiting involvement to analysis and design.
• Partner with IT and technical teams for advanced developments, integrations, or enterprise-scale implementations when required.
• Continuously explore emerging AI and automation capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and translate them into practical business applications.

Business Analysis & Change Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Model current-state and future-state processes.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and change management initiatives.
• Document solutions, processes, and implementation approaches according to corporate standards.
• Measure post-implementation results and ensure benefits realization and continuous improvement.

The Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through successful implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible business improvements through technology and process optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building solutions using Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to independently create, implement, and deploy business solutions using low-code/no-code technologies.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling (BPMN preferred).
• Understanding of workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and digital process optimization.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Forms, and collaboration technologies.
• Desirable: experience with Copilot Studio, AI solutions, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and measurable business value.
• Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to personally build and implement solutions.
