Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in digital advertising or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of the local Romanian advertising landscape.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and new business.
• Experience with paid search, performance ads and e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workflows.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.

Responsibilities

• Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to both new and existing advertisers.
• Proactively generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities
• Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience.
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.
