Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a recruiter to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will data mine across ATS and recruitment tools to identify candidates for priority positions and pre-qualify or re-qualify candidates while coordinating interviews.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience, and expertise with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 1+ years’ professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support.
• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Ability to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches.
• Dependability in difficult circumstances and a sense of urgency about getting results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates.
• Data mine across ATS and recruitment tools to identify candidates for priority positions.
• Pre-qualify or re-qualify candidates and engage in interview coordination.
• Generate leads and referrals through the qualification process.
• Perform candidate reference checks.
