Syneos Health in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Talent Sourcer to build a pipeline of pharmaceutical candidates. You will data mine across our ATS, pre-qualify applicants, and coordinate interviews.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ year of sourcing experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and ATS tools. Strong Boolean search skills and reliability are essential.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
• 1+ years’ professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support
• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Ability to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
• Dependability in difficult circumstances and a sense of urgency about getting results
• Prior experience in sourcing with direct candidate interaction within pharmaceutical/clinical environment

You have a talent for talent. You source, network, and never fail to fill. You match the perfect candidate with the next phase of their career. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will:

• Data mine across our ATS and recruitment tools to identify candidates for priority positions
• Pre-qualify or re-qualify candidates and engage in interview coordination
