ZS Associates in Argentina seeks an Associate Consultant for Chemistry Manufacturing & Controls to deliver pharma analytics projects. You will work with clients on data-driven solutions, serve as subject matter expert on drug substance and drug product manufacturing, and manage teams and projects within Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a degree in a relevant field, and strong data analytics, communication, and collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one function in CMC development such as Process Chemistry, Process Engineering, Formulation, and Analytical Chemistry.
• Knowledge of unit operations, processes, QbD, tech transfer, regulatory milestones across pharma development.
• Understanding of data systems such as ELN, LIMS, ERP, and LCM/PLM systems.
• Understanding of CMC regulatory submission requirements.
• Ability to translate concepts across modalities.
• Hands-on data analytics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage quantitative skills to derive answers to clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting questions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to ascertain the client’s specific business information needs.
• Upskill on concepts relevant to solve client problems across modalities.
• Execute a plan for analyzing data to secure client solutions.
• Discuss and determine which data may be best utilized for analysis.
• Evaluate and analyze data to provide client solutions.
• Communicate data results focusing on business questions.
• Gain familiarity with client’s internal processes.
• Develop expertise within a client analytics area.
• Be available for clients during regular working hours.
