ZS is a global management consulting and technology firm focused on life sciences. The Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to tackle reimbursement, access, and pricing challenges in pharma.

In this hybrid Argentina role, you’ll lead research, design analyses, and advise clients on payer dynamics while mentoring junior colleagues and building client relationships.

Formación

• Degree in any discipline with strong quantitative coursework.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access or reimbursement.
• Understanding of pharma pricing strategies including WAC and value-based contracts.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

Insights & Analytics

ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead research engagements to understand how reimbursement dynamics, prior authorization burdens, and step therapy requirements shape prescribing and patient access

• Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making.

• Build pricing and access strategy recommendations grounded in payer intelligence, competitive dynamics, and product value narratives

• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.

• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.
• Manage key project workstreams end-to-end, coordinating research design, recruitment, fieldwork, and analysis on deadline
• Design custom analyses in software such as R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs.

• Provide client and ZS teams project status updates.

• Create project deliverables and implement solutions.

• Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS’s capabilities;

• Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement research experience in or serving the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing strategy, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements

• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
