ZS Argentina is seeking an Insights & Analytics professional to design and deliver client-focused analytics solutions. You will work with data, models, and market insights to inform pricing, access strategies, and patient outcomes.

The role requires an MBA or PhD with a quantitative background, strong English, and the ability to lead teams and communicate with senior leaders. The hybrid model combines onsite collaboration with remote work across client engagements.

Formación

• MBA or PhD with quantitative business relevance, or 5–8 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong analytic work with modeling techniques and tools (R/SAS/Tableau/VBA).
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing strategy and value-based arrangements.
• Excellent communication with senior decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage quantitative skills to derive answers to clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting questions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify information needs and data requirements.
• Plan and execute analyses to deliver solutions for client business questions.
• Discuss data selections with clients to optimize analyses and insights.
• Communicate results clearly, focusing on business impact rather than methods.
• Lead research engagements on pricing, access, and reimbursement dynamics.
• Develop pricing and access strategy recommendations grounded in payer intelligence.
• Grow client analytics expertise within the practice.
