Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field with strong academic record.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting or related market access experience in pharma.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements.
• Excellent written and oral communication with client-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research engagements on reimbursement dynamics and patient access.
• Apply analytics to guide client and ZS team decision-making.
• Develop pricing and access strategy recommendations grounded in payer intelligence.
• Synthesize results and present findings to clients and teams.
• Manage project workstreams end-to-end, coordinating design, recruitment, fieldwork and analysis.

Insights & Analytics

ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead research engagements to understand how reimbursement dynamics, prior authorization burdens, and step therapy requirements shape prescribing and patient access
• Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making.
• Build pricing and access strategy recommendations grounded in payer intelligence, competitive dynamics, and product value narratives
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.
• Manage key project workstreams end-to-end, coordinating research design, recruitment, fieldwork, and analysis on deadline
• Design custom analyses in software such as R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs.
• Provide client and ZS teams project status updates.
• Create project deliverables and implement solutions.
• Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS’s capabilities;
• Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement research experience in or serving the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing strategy, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
• Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
