ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, seeks a seasoned Insights & Analytics professional to leverage quantitative skills for client analytics and pricing strategy projects in Buenos Aires. You will collaborate with clients, analyze data, and advise on data-driven solutions with a focus on payer dynamics and patient access.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA (or PhD) with strong modeling experience and fluency in English, and can travel as needed.

Formación

• MBA with a quantitative, analytical discipline or related field; PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences, or related field with business application.
• 5–8 years post-MBA or 3–5 years pre-MBA evidence of strong analytic work using advanced modeling tools (R, SAS, Tableau, VBA).
• Understanding pharmaceutical pricing strategy, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Derive answers to client analytics and reporting questions using quantitative methods.
• Collaborate with clients to determine business information needs.
• Analyze data to support solutions and discuss which data best informs the business question.
• Lead research engagements to understand pricing dynamics and patient access.
• Develop pricing and access strategy recommendations grounded in payer intelligence and product value.
• Communicate results to clients, focusing on business impact rather than process details.
• Grow expertise within client analytics areas and be available during regular working hours.
