Nysonian is seeking a Video Editor to craft high-performing paid social video ads for its global brands. You will work with raw footage and turn it into compelling, performance-driven ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driving purchases and scale.

You'll edit across formats, collaborate with designers and strategists, and shape narratives with hooks and pacing. This role offers growth, ownership, and earnings potential based on ad performance.

Formación

• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Experience transforming raw footage into performance-driven ads.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media and campaigns.
• Craft narratives with hooks and platform-optimized storytelling.
• Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished deliverables.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design.
• Convert long-form content into short-form formats for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists to align with brand goals.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround while maintaining brand standards.
• Analyze creative performance and apply learnings to future ads.
