Job summary

Xometry is seeking a senior copywriter to power performance marketing across the Xometry and Thomas brands. You will craft lifecycle emails, video scripts, and landing page copy, translating complex engineering concepts into clear customer narratives.

You will collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, and Creative teams, leveraging data to optimize open rates, CTRs, and CVR while building reusable Claude Skills for scalable production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, or growth-focused content roles.
• Proven track record of writing high-converting email, video script, and/or landing page copy.
• Strong understanding of email marketing mechanics and landing page structure and conversion principles.
• Familiarity with performance KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how copy drives them.
• Comfort and proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM/ESP platform, A/B testing, and AI tools.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and drafts.
• Excellent English grammar, editing, and messaging skills in a B2B context.
• Adept at building Claude Skills to scale copy production.

Responsibilities

• Write marketing and lifecycle emails for the Xometry and Thomas brands.
• Write video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and product explainers.
• Create landing page copy from hero messaging to CTAs, aligned with offers.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Designers, and Product to align messaging with campaigns.
• Use performance data to refine copy for higher engagement and conversion.
• Contribute to brainstorming and messaging strategy with a creative, test-and-learn mindset.
• Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks, templates, and blocks for reuse across campaigns.
• Build and utilize Claude Skills to speed up copy production and QA.
