Xometry is seeking a Performance Marketing Copywriter to own copy that moves prospects from click to conversion across emails, videos, and landing pages for Xometry and Thomas brands.

You’ll partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, and design teams to translate campaign strategy into clear, credible narratives for engineers, procurement professionals, and manufacturing leaders. You’ll use data to refine messaging, maintain brand voice, and scale reusable AI-driven workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience writing for performance marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, or growth-focused content roles.
• Proven track record of writing high-converting email, video script, and/or landing page copy.
• Strong understanding of email marketing mechanics and landing page structure and conversion principles.
• Familiarity with performance KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how copy drives them.
• Comfort with CRM/ESP platforms (HubSpot or similar), A/B testing, and AI tools.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and drafts.

Responsabilidades

• Write marketing and lifecycle emails for both Xometry and Thomas brands.
• Write video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and product explainer videos.
• Write landing page copy from hero messaging to CTAs.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Design, and Production teams to align copy with visuals.
• Iterate copy using performance data to boost engagement and conversions.
• Build Claude Skills to scale copy production and testing variants.
• Own copy execution across email flows, video scripts, and landing pages.
