Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking a People Ops - Regulatory Compliance Specialist in Buenos Aires to support US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations. You will collaborate with Acceleration Center teams and help ensure data accuracy and process improvements while upholding security and compliance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, two years of experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience.
Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Coordinating compliance with US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations.
Handling new joiner and employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as needed.
Utilizing HR and specialized HR compliance software and systems to maintain accurate employee records and data management.
Implementing process improvements to optimize operations and delivery.
Analyzing data to inform Regulatory Compliance metrics and drive strategic decision-making.
Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with company guidelines.
Navigating complex situations to build meaningful connections and inspire team growth.
Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection.
Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices.
