Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a People Ops - Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support day-to-day tasks related to US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations. You’ll join a fast-paced team delivering accurate results and meaningful business impact.

You will work with global teams, adapt to changing regulations, manage data with integrity, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of professional experience.
English language proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate compliance with US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations
Handle new joiner and employee inquiries, providing resolutions or escalation
Utilize HR software and data management systems to maintain accurate records
Implement process improvements to optimize operations and delivery
Analyze data to inform compliance metrics and strategic decisions
Uphold professional standards in line with company guidelines
Navigate complex situations to build relationships and team growth
Ensure information security and data protection practices
Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
