Responsabilidades

• Manage travel logistics or patient reimbursement processing for clinical trial participants.
• Collaborate with PCS Project Managers and internal teams to understand study requirements and patient support needs.
• Assist setup of new projects, including mailbox creation, portal access, and documentation preparation.
• Review and validate patient enrolment information and grant access to digital platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for patient requests submitted via app, email, or phone with timely responses.
• Coordinate travel bookings (flights, trains, accommodation, ground transport) using approved systems.
• Review reimbursement requests for compliance with Travel & Reimbursement Policies.
• Approve, reject, or escalate reimbursements based on study criteria.
• Communicate reimbursement updates to patients and caregivers and resolve questions.
• Liaise with clinical sites to resolve issues related to reimbursement or travel coordination.
• Ensure timely processing of patient payments, stipends, or travel confirmations in vendor systems.
• Manage allocation and tracking of patient payment cards as required.
• Maintain accurate patient information, visit records, and service logs in real-time.
• Assist with or complete reimbursement submissions on behalf of patients when needed.
• Identify operational gaps and support internal initiatives for service improvements.
• Provide data and updates for monthly financial tracking and reporting.
• Ensure strict patient confidentiality and compliance with GCP, data protection, and SOPs.
• Participate in client meetings and site interactions when requested, representing PCS.
• Stay current on tools and processes related to patient travel and reimbursement coordination.
• Support internal team projects and initiatives to grow and improve the PCS function.
