Syneos Health, Inc. in Argentina seeks a Clinical Trial Manager II with regulatory experience to oversee site management, monitoring, and regulatory compliance, ensuring patient safety and data integrity.

You will coordinate with CRAs, Central Monitors, and cross-functional teams to meet milestones, manage trial scope, budgets, and timelines, and drive risk mitigation using CTMS and EDC tools. This role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and a focus on quality and regulatory

Formación

Experience managing clinical trials with regulatory oversight.
Proven ability to work with CROs and site staff.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Oversee site management, monitoring delivery, patient safety, and data integrity.
Coordinate site activations, recruitment oversight, and investigator payments.
Identify risks via the Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (RACT) and implement mitigations.
Review study scope, budget, and protocol content with the clinical project team.
Maintain CTMS, EDC, TMF, and related systems to ensure audit readiness.
Escalate issues to project manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
