• Strong communication with patients, caregivers, and sites.
• Experience handling reimbursements or travel coordination is preferred.
• Ability to review data accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient travel logistics and reimbursement processing for clinical trial participants.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to implement patient support services.
• Set up new projects, including mailbox creation, portal access, and study documentation.
• Review patient enrolment information and grant access to digital platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for patient requests via app, email, or phone, with timely responses.
• Coordinate travel bookings (flight, train, accommodation, ground transport) as required.
• Review and verify reimbursement requests per travel & reimbursement policies.
• Approve or escalate submissions based on study criteria and policies.
• Communicate with patients/caregivers to confirm logistics and provide updates.
• Liaise with clinical sites to resolve reimbursement or travel coordination issues.
• Ensure timely processing of patient payments and logs in systems.
