Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and email platforms.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to memorize member profiles, including names and preferences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative design skills with InDesign or Canva.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warm, professional service.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; manage email communications.
• Assist with scheduling, postage, and office supplies.
• Support Payroll/timekeeping tasks as needed.
• Manage reservations and event inquiries with the Membership Manager.
• Create flyers and materials using InDesign or Canva.
• Monitor member communications and social media updates.
• Maintain front office organization reflecting Spurs Club standards.
