Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, AR, seeks a part-time bartender eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws. Requires 21+ and at least 1 year of bartending experience; benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience or training.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training or equivalent certification.

Responsabilidades

• Stock bar and serve alcoholic beverages; assist in cost control and inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with the Department Manager.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cash handling and clean-up.
• Operate Point of Sale system and verify transactions.

Mystic Creek Golf Club, located in El Dorado, AR, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Bartender

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Bartender

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
