• Reliable and flexible, with dependable transportation between locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, greet guests, check out, and process payments accurately.
• Drive memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations.
• Help uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols through laundry and general cleaning duties.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and provide thoughtful service recommendations.
