Virtustant is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting across multiple locations. You will focus on QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close under the Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and a detail-oriented mindset for auditing and reporting. This is a 20-hour-per-week remote role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online incl. reconciliations & reporting.
• Strong understanding of double-entry, COA, accrual accounting, and consistent expense classification.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel incl. formulas and reconciliation schedules.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.

• Maintain QuickBooks Online records and code activity to correct accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, corporate cards, and loans; investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile Toast sales to bank deposits and accounting records.
