Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. The role includes reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow prep, audit support, and coordination with external firms to ensure timely reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possess intermediate to advanced English.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• English at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Experience with multinational environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts for ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries per internal policy.
• Monitor tax withholdings and related matters.
• Assist monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting/compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting for Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and related payments.
• Assist auditors during annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Possible tasks for other foreign entities within the team.
