Job summary

Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk for its Argentina entity, based remotely with a schedule Monday to Friday. You will support day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

You will work with external accounting firms, monitor tax withholdings, prepare cash flow, and assist auditors. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor in Accounting and 3+ years’ experience, with English proficiency and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
