Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, tax withholdings, and monthly/year-end closings for the Argentina entity. The role includes liaison with external accounting firms and compliance reporting.

Hybrid/remote-friendly environment with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. A Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with 3+ years of experience is preferred, along with solid English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting procedures and controls.
• Potentially perform tasks for other foreign entities.
