Dentsu Argentina is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to join the Offshore Team. You will handle strategy, execution, and analysis of campaigns across Paid Social platforms, ensuring objectives are met and reports are prepared for clients.

The role involves collaboration with global agencies, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to cross-team media plans. Eligible candidates are based in Buenos Aires with a background in performance marketing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media.
• Proficiency with Paid Social Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic guidelines and meet KPIs under supervision.
• Monitor campaigns and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Prepare reports and analyze campaign results.
• Provide optimization recommendations and monitor performance.
• Build strong relationships with teams and clients.
• Collaborate on media plans and coordinate with other channels.
• Participate in offshore team meetings and Buenos Aires activities.
