Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics preferred.
• Proficiency in Paid Social (Meta Ads) and familiarity with other Paid Social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign setup and QA checks with data quality assurance.
• Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns to meet objectives.
• Manage budgets, monthly allocations, and billing reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and analyze results to provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with data teams and support junior members as needed.
