Carat in Buenos Aires is seeking a Sr Associate for Paid Social to implement, execute, and optimize campaigns on Paid Social platforms. You will handle strategy input, campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and billing reconciliation for clients within the Dentsu Argentina Offshore Team.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, proficiency with Meta Ads, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with opportunities to collaborate across media channels and mentor junior staff.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Paid Social or performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics preferred.
• Proficiency with the Paid Social Meta Ads platform; familiarity with other platforms is valued.
• Accurate execution, QA quality checks, and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Set up campaigns and perform quality control with QA checks.
• Monitor campaigns daily to meet objectives and optimize performance.
• Manage budgets, monthly allocations, and reconcile billing/invoicing.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Provide recommendations based on campaign performance analysis.
• Collaborate with data teams and support junior team members as needed.
