Job summary

Localizr Llc is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to own our paid media across a US home services client portfolio. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets, ensure accurate measurement (GA4, GTM, UTMs), and report weekly in English.

The role requires data-driven decision making and strong client communication in a distributed team. This remote position prefers experience with US clients and a proactive mindset, with weekly meetings and careful optimization to drive CPL improvements across

Qualifications

• 2+ years running Google Ads and Meta Ads with own budget and decisions.
• Deep knowledge of Search: match types, negatives, search terms, bid strategies and QS.
• Google Tag Manager to check and troubleshoot events.
• GA4, imported conversions, call tracking and attribution.
• Advanced English for weekly client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Google Ads: manage and optimize Search campaigns, structure, keywords, bidding.
• Meta Ads: lead gen campaigns, organize ad sets by angle and pain point, iterate creatives.
• Measurement: ensure GA4, GTM, UTMs, and conversions are accurate.
• Monitoring: review accounts daily against thresholds and report issues the same day.
• Communication: weekly English client meetings and detailed task logs in project system.
