AIT Worldwide Logistics, a global freight forwarding company, is seeking a Sales Manager - Outbound Sales for the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Area. In this role you will identify and close business with both prospective and existing customers, delivering logistics solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build long-term relationships, present on-site solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in German and English is essential, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Formación

• 3–5 years of successful sales in freight forwarding, especially air/ocean freight.
• Proven ability to win new customers and build long-term relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of hitting targets.
• High ownership, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• CRM and pipeline management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Actively identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned sales territory.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular visits and ongoing support.
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrations directly at the customer’s location.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve defined goals.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance.
