Formación

• 1 year of administrative/operations experience.
• Experience with customer communication and support.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Document and track customer interactions and appointments in the management system.
• Update appointment results and track follow-ups.
• Process customer payments and send receipts.
• Coordinate with sales, production and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Create invoices and record payments in Serviceminder.
