• Examine complex, shifting workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions
• Create and maintain thorough process documentation to ensure consistency across teams
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth daily operations across the LATAM region
• Transform unstructured, ambiguous information into clear, actionable frameworks and strategic plans
• Guide team members on best practices for process management and operational excellence
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with broader business goals
• Identify potential bottlenecks in advance and take proactive steps to prevent them
• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in an IT company, with a proven history of managing staffing or operational processes
• Native-level Spanish proficiency
• Fluent, advanced English skills for professional and strategic communication
