EPAM Systems is seeking an Operations & Process Manager / Staffing Manager to bring structure and efficiency to staffing and supply operations across LATAM. The role focuses on turning ambiguous workflows into streamlined processes and building robust frameworks for resource management.

Requirements include 7+ years in IT staffing/ops, native Spanish, fluent English, and strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an IT company focusing on staffing or operational processes.
• Native-level Spanish proficiency; Fluent English for strategic communication.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements independently with ownership.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and continuously improve staffing and supply processes across LATAM.
• Examine complex workflows to identify bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions.
• Document processes thoroughly to ensure consistency across teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Transform unstructured information into clear, actionable frameworks and plans.
• Guide teams on best practices for process management and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with business goals.
• Identify bottlenecks in advance and take proactive steps to prevent them.
