Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience is desirable.

• Document processes and establish scalable ways of working across teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day staffing and operations in LATAM.
• Support staffing activities and handle escalations in the region.
• Drive operational improvements and take ownership of initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align on priorities.
