Job summary

BloomX is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager in Peru to lead end-to-end project execution, field operations, and post-sale customer support. You will oversee project delivery, logistics, onboarding, and ongoing relationships, working with BloomX’s local partner in Peru and HQ teams in Israel.

Open to candidates outside of Peru under relocation terms. The role requires travel to agricultural fields across Peru and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proven experience in technical operations, logistics and project management.
• Experience managing field teams or technical personnel.
• Experience in international or cross-cultural environments.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel extensively to agricultural fields across Peru.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution from contract signing through delivery, including timelines, KPIs and equipment deployment.
• Oversee local field operations and on-site supervision.
• Manage local inventory, transportation, and readiness across customer sites.
• Lead and coordinate local field technicians and staff.
• Serve as primary operational contact for growers, ensuring onboarding, training and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with BloomX’s agronomy, R&D, product, logistics and sales teams in Israel.

Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage local inventory, equipment transportation, and operational readiness across customer sites.

• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate local field technicians and operational staff.
• Customer Success: Serve as the primary operational contact for growers, ensuring successful onboarding, training, technical support, and long‑term satisfaction.
• Technical & Agronomic Support: Troubleshoot field issues, monitor system performance, and support effective technology implementation.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with the local business partner and BloomX’s agronomy, R&D, product, logistics, and sales teams in Israel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher.
• Proven experience in technical operations, logistics, and project management .
• Experience managing field teams or technical personnel.
• Experience working in international or cross‑cultural environments.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken).

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Sciences.
• Experience in AgTech or agricultural field operations.
• Previous experience working with Israeli companies.
