Job summary

Mimetic Machines in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced Operations Lead to head the on-site field operations across partner sites (workshops, factories and farms) and meet monthly data collection targets. You will build and run the weekly site plan, manage field engineers across multiple sites, coach the team, ensure safety and compliance, and nurture partner relationships throughout the city.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of field operations experience with at least 3 years leading a field team of 20+.
• Pharmaceutical field operations experience is ideal, with sales territory leadership preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and English, based in Buenos Aires, with daily city travel.

Lead the operations team at our partner sites in Buenos Aires, and answer for the targets it delivers every month.

The role

We run data collection at partner sites: workshops, factories, and farms. You lead an operations team in Buenos Aires that runs the collection days.

Buenos Aires is one of the urban centers we operate in, from leather workshops to the machine shops of its industrial belt. Your team runs several sites in parallel across the city, and within months you should know every one of them.

What you'll do

• Deliver the agreed monthly data collection targets and sites completed as planned.
• Develop and implement the weekly site plan, and manage field engineers across all active sites.
• Coach, motivate, and develop the team, and uphold the company's operating, compliance, and safety standards at every site.
• Manage partner relationships on the ground, daily reporting, and control of company assets, including hardware.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree, with 4 to 7 years of field sales or field operations experience and at least 3 years leading a field team of 20 or more.
• Pharmaceutical field operations experience is ideal: leading a field force that calls on doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals. Experience running a sales territory with a team on the ground is also highly preferred.
• Demonstrated delivery of monthly targets through a team, and the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and the capability to work under pressure with several sites running at once.
• Fluent Spanish and English, based in Buenos Aires, with daily travel across the city.
