Beeflow in Buenos Aires is seeking a Chief of Staff – Operations to partner with the COO and build the operational backbone for rapid growth. You’ll move between strategy and execution, analyzing data, designing processes, and spending time with field teams.

You’ll standardize operations across markets, track key metrics, lead automation and AI initiatives, and drive cross-functional projects from new markets to new services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, preferably focused on operations management.
• Proven experience leading projects and coordinating multiple teams or departments.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Lima, or Santiago.
• Startup experience is highly desirable; comfortable in evolving priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build deep understanding of how Beeflow delivers its services and identify opportunities to improve and scale.
• Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and operational standards across five markets.
• Work with Country Managers and field teams to improve execution, productivity, and customer experience.
• Define and track key operational metrics, identify risks early, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Lead process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and technology initiatives across operations.
• Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects, from new market launches to new services and business models.
• Support the COO and leadership team in quarterly planning and execution.
• Develop and mentor local operational talent, influencing teams even without direct reporting lines.
• Mexico will be an immediate priority, given the market's rapid growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff – Operations to work closely with our COO and help build the operational foundations for Beeflow's next stage of growth.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from analyzing data and designing processes to spending time in the field with local teams.

You'll help us build a consistent standard of operational excellence across markets, while adapting to each country's reality.

What we're looking for

• Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.High ownership, adaptability, and a strong bias toward execution.
• Experience using AI tools and technology to improve productivity and processes.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Lima, or Santiago.
• Startup experience is highly desirable . We're looking for someone comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve, processes are continuously built, and the rules of the game can change quickly.
