Job summary

Oniverse, the Italian-founded fashion group, invites you to join its Falconeri Operations trainee program. You will undergo structured induction and work on a real project in one of the Group's production plants abroad, supervised by an experienced manager.

This international path offers hands-on training in production and operations, with relocation opportunities, expat benefits, and continuous development across the group brands.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering fields required.

• Fluency in English; French or Italian also valued.

After the first weeks of induction training in our production plants, you will be assigned a project in one of the Group's production plants in Tunisia.

During your daily activities, you will be tutored by an experienced Manager of the Group who will support you and facilitate your learning process.

The goal for Oniverse is to let you quickly gain Operations knowledge and skills and access an international professional path full of interesting and challenging responsibilities.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Motivation for an international career;
• Interest (or previous experience) in production and the textile sector;
• Curiosity, open mind and good communication skills;
• Attitude to coordinate a team;
• Goal-oriented;
• Fluency in English, France or Italian language;
• Availability to travel and to relocate abroad.
