Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to keep cross-functional initiatives on track as we grow. You’ll work with Sales, Finance, and project teams to translate opportunities into active projects, ensure data accuracy across systems, and support onboarding and closeout processes.

You’ll automate routine tasks, document SOPs, and help refine processes using tools like Salesforce, Excel, Notion, and time-tracking platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong spreadsheet skills with lookups, filters, pivot tables, and CSV handling.
• Experience onboarding employees, clients, or projects.
• Ability to follow SOPs with precision and execute multi-step processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools: a CRM, time-tracking, and a workspace tool like Notion.
• Good judgement in gray areas and clear written English communication.
• Comfort with AI tools and ability to verify outputs.

Responsibilities

• Translate closed Salesforce opportunities into active projects across systems.
• Close completed projects and proactively resolve data gaps before billing.
• Support project managers with time-entry changes and data updates.
• Update internal data sets when people join or move between teams.
• Run weekly/monthly data quality checks and bulk data changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Consulting to align systems with reality.
