Resourceful Talent Group is assisting a wholesale and ecommerce client in the footwear and apparel space to hire an Online Admin in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on managing the Shopify store, processing orders, and keeping product data in SAP Business One up to date.

You will upload listings, edit images, format data, and ensure accuracy across systems, while coordinating with shipping tools and customer service to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Hands-on Shopify experience for product uploads, editing listings, SKUs, variants, images.
• Hands-on SAP Business One for item setup, data entry and navigation.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data imports/exports.
• Basic image editing: cropping, resizing, formatting in Photoshop/Canva.
• Experience with ShippingEasy or ShipStation is a plus.
• Very detail-oriented and organized, able to follow clear processes.
• Based in Latin America and available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours (9:30-5:30).

Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, images, categories)
• Format and crop product images to match website standards
• Process daily online orders and prepare them for shipping
• Work with ShippingEasy or similar shipping platforms
• Enter and maintain product, order, and inventory data in SAP Business One
• Support basic administrative and customer service tasks as needed
