Resourceful Talent Group is seeking an Online Admin in Buenos Aires to support daily e-commerce operations. You will manage Shopify product listings, process online orders, and maintain accurate data in SAP Business One to keep platforms synchronized.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Shopify experience, SAP Business One familiarity, strong Excel skills, and basic image editing ability. You will work full-time during US Eastern Time hours (9:30–5:30), ensuring timely order processing and clean

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Shopify product uploads, edits, SKUs, variants and images.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One item setup and data entry.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data (imports/exports/templates).
• Basic image editing skills (cropping/resizing) using Photoshop/Canva or similar tools.
• Experience with shipping tools such as ShippingEasy or ShipStation is a plus.

Our client, a wholesale and e-commerce company in the footwear and apparel space, is hiring an Online Admin to support their daily operations. This role will focus on managing their Shopify store, processing online orders, and maintaining accurate product data in SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, images, categories)
• Format and crop product images to match website standards
• Process daily online orders and prepare them for shipping
• Work with ShippingEasy or similar shipping platforms
• Enter and maintain product, order, and inventory data in SAP Business One
• Support basic administrative and customer service tasks as needed

• Hands-on experience with Shopify (product uploads, editing listings, SKUs, variants, images)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (item setup, data entry, basic navigation)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data (imports, exports, templates)
• Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, formatting in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
• Experience with shipping tools such as ShippingEasy or ShipStation is a plus
• Very detail-oriented and organized, able to follow clear processes
• Based in Latin America and available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours (9:30–5:30)
