• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or consulting at a SaaS or e-commerce company.
• Strong knowledge of integrations with platforms like Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and ERPs.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows and ability to map them to system configurations.
• Comfort with APIs, system configuration, and basic scripting concepts.
• Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment processes (WMS, pick & pack, etc.
• Organized, proactive, and hands‑on problem‑solver with strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers.
• Based in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new customers—from kickoff to go-live.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, elevate bugs or feature requests, and ensure resolution.
• Help document implementation processes and contribute to improving onboarding playbooks.
